Mondays are good peanut butter & Jelly sandwich with milk days. They’re good days for lying in bed after work getting yourself mauled by a bear on Red Dead Redemption. They’re good spaghetti leftovers and beer days. Exceptional days to ignore the laundry. Monday is a day where all your favourite shows are on and for once, you actually have too much to watch on TV. It’s a good day to beg your partner to pick up cupcakes on their way home. It’s a good day to cuddle with them under the blanket despite them not bringing you your cupcakes.
I sometimes wonder why people hate Mondays.
