moosevox asked: Who’s to blame for a person’s insecurity?

I think that for this, you must consider all the variables. Insecurity is, obviously, a touchy subject and although ultimately, it is the person’s own fault, there are many contributing factors.

A person’s insecurity about being cheated on often stems from being previously cheated on. A person’s insecurity about their appearance often comes from being teased previously or from observing their peers. I could go on and on. It all matters but I suppose the person is to blame for letting it matter too much.
